What will you put in your Ticket Box?

Every Chicagoan knows that one of the true thrills of summer is the bevy of street fests, shows, and concerts that flood our city and the good ol’ Midwest. Keep a trophy of each special show in your very own ticket box.

Whatever scene you’re fond of we can make a custom box that’s just right for you.
After the show, just slip your tickets, wristbands, stickers— whatever souvenir you collected from the night— into the slot at the top of the box and watch your custom piece take shape!
They make a great travel souvenir  as well! Tickets from trains, planes, amusement parks, and museums.
Actors and musicians can put tickets from their own gigs in the box.
So what will you put in yours?

Give it up for the Heads of State

We are so excited to announce that we are carrying the entire Travel Poster serigraph series from design superstars, The Heads of State!

Jason Kernevich and Dustin Summers, from the noble town of Philly, have created a vibrant collection of 8 serigraphs of favorite US cities for your viewing pleasure. While they're all equally gorgeous, we can't stop ourselves from drooling over the Chicago print.  These 14x24 beauties are great pieces individually or as a mix and match set. As always, we'd be delighted to frame them up special for ya!

The set was designed from spot illustrations that the boys created for an issue of Real Simple magazine- if Martha approves, you know these puppies are fabulous!

Stop into Foursided Andersonville to check out the whole series, or pick up the Chicago print at Twosided & Foursided Lakeview.

Smart Framing for the Museum of Science and Industry

The Smart Home at the Museum of Science and Industry is the Greenest Home in Chicago! It is open to the public until January 8, 2012.

The Smart Home was designed by the Museum in collaboration with Andersonville's Scout. The industrial and Chicago themed art throughout the home was custom framed, as seen in these photos, by Foursided.

Vintage Rings and Necklaces

Spoon Rings Baby! They're back with a vengeance at Twosided and Foursided. They've been back for awhile in case you've been living on Mars. Also in are vintage jewelry made from old watch parts. Eh, "It's been done," you might say. We'd say it too. But these pieces are one-offs of wonder, brought to you from San Francisco where we found the artists selling these. See how far we go to find you cool stuff? Hmm? Huh? Hmm? Huh?

Bright playing cards from an old Scooby-Doo game make this art both nostalgic and colorful. Great for a collector or a kid's room, snag this piece for $68. We suggest you don't dilly-dally or you will be shaking your fist and saying "I wanted that art and I could have gotten it too - if it wasn't for those meddling kids!"
